You should give a try to this freeware, especially for you who work with Outlook heavily. This add-on allows you to quickly and easily add items to your Outlook calendar from the main toolbar. You simply enter the appointment details as you would “think” it, for example “3pm tomorrow Meeting with Fred”. AutoCal with extract the required information and create a calendar entry automatically. The new appointment is previewed as you type in your details.
