AIV is an open source image viewer for Windows system. Runs on x86 and x64 machines (Windows XP and Windows Vista).
Here is complete features (taken from authors site):
AIV has support for all basic image formats including tiff,wmf and emf. It has support for basic image manipulation like scaling,making borders, changing color to black and white. Also support for generation of html based image album.
AIV also comes with commandline tool called ait.exe. It has same features as AIV itself except you can use it through scripts(cmd or powershell) for manipulating a lot of images at once.
What´s new in version 1.0.8:
- AIV 1.0.8 is out!
- Source code is not available anymore. I don´t see any point releasing it. AIV stays as freeware application. Free to use.
- Better undo again.
- Menus are better organized now.
- Smaller thumbs.
- Image preview(in list window)
- New dialog for adjusting colors
- Fixed bug where making border fails sometimes
- Now it´s possible to browse images with keyboard
What´s New in version 1.0:

- Fixed bug where opening iv file did not remove current image from screen.
- Now it´s possible to add more images to collection. File->Add image… This replaced “File->Open image…”
