Loco is an impossibly hard puzzle. The game must be completed in under 200 moves or the player loses. Clear all red blocks to win.

The rules are simple, with a little twist. Each block you pick changes color, but also causes all the other blocks around it to change as well, unless there is only three red blocks. If there are only three red blocks, the chosen block will change and only the three red blocks will be changed.
There are several more rules, but those have to be figured out by playing the game. GOOD LUCK! Requires: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0.
